Our Mochi Ice Cream Machine includes 5 separate machines to ensure that the entire production process is smooth and efficient. The first machine is a water softener, which is essential for achieving the perfect texture of the rice dough. The second machine is a steam generator, which generates steam for the rice dough steamer. The rice dough steamer is the third machine, and it ensures that the rice dough is perfectly cooked and ready for the next step. The fourth machine is our Mochi Ice Cream Machine, which produces the mochi dough and wraps it around the ice cream filling. The fifth and final machine is the Turntable Flour Coating Machine, which evenly coats the mochi ice cream with flour to prevent sticking.
